Sometimes I order by the way an item is advertised and in this case I did just that because the photography used made the item enticing. However, I was slightly disappointed when I received the item based on the appearance and size. I did not read the item description carefully otherwise I would have seen that the blueberry compote was not included or offered, just the syrup. I am not a syrup person so instead I used blueberry preserves. Surprisingly the taste and textured I thought was very good. Will I order again? Maybe. I am undecided at this point based on the price point since I can probably make at home for less and freeze extras. But it will be a good choice if my schedule doesn’t lend itself to making my own.

These pancakes are so delicious. You can taste the sweet potato and the blueberries. It was very filling and healthy.
