This is a great option! Flavorful and a good portion!

I really liked the egg scramble when I cut the chunks of meat into tiny pieces. But the chunks tend to toughen in the microwave and are hard to cut. I wish the meat was thinly sliced and diced rather than in chunk form.

So stinking good!

The eggs were fine, but the steak was chewy, and had an awful after taste of fish.

We froze this one for a weekend brunch.

Delicious and filling. I was afraid the meat would be tough but it wasn’t at all.

Its very easy to overheat this and dry out the steak, so I think the microwave is actually the best method.
