One of our new favorite meals! We’ve noticed sometimes the meat to sweet potato ratio is a tad off, would have loved more sweet potatoes in my last one. Still delicious though!

I got a large enough for two days I mixed with eggs and put in tortilla with avocado.

I really enjoy heating this up and adding a sunny side up fried egg or two on top!

This also is one I like. My only thing is it is a little plain if eaten as is, I usually have to add garlic salt.

Great meal. Love the different options we can choose from, so this was one that I enjoyed. Flavor was good. I only added pepper. Might add some salsa next time, too.

The sweet potatoes were the best part of this meal. The meat was very dry and had a gamey taste. I only took a couple of bites and had to Toss it.
